About Peggy Albano

“When you stand and share your story in an empowering way, your story will heal you and your story will heal somebody else.”
– Iyanla Vanzant

“Now is the time to tell your story,” is often what I wish to tell people I meet. Within the safe and trusting environment we’ve created together for you to share—to speak out loud—the real you is revealed. With every word you choose and every experience you share, your unique, whole, and authentic self comes to light. In this space you can connect to your needs, wants, desires, and innate ability to experience peace and well-being. Your life story becomes your most powerful tool for understanding and change. This self-empowered awareness opens doors to creating a new story and a new life, a life you choose to create.

There are a number of services and modalities we will explore together to create sustainable change. As powerful as all these tools are, what really works is my belief in you, which becomes your belief in yourself, and in your very own well-being and healing. All roads lead to that place; you have found the place where you can exhale. You are supported. All is well. Change is here. You can create a new story. Let’s start now.
